Morning all,

I'm new to the forum but have just bought my first gaming PC. It was the Fusion 6700 Pro XT with the below spec:

Processor = AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
Motherboard = ASUS TUF Gaming B550-PLUS
Memory = 16GB Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz
Graphics card = 12GB AMD RADEON RX 6700 XT
Storage drive = 2TB Seagate barracuda HDD Hard drive
M.2 SSD Drive 1TB

I've not been able to use it yet as I need a converter cable for my monitor (Arriving today) but does anyone have any recommendations for monitors to use with this setup? (Max £250 for now)

Also, I've never ordered from PC Specialist before today, so the welcome pack that has all the nuts and bolts, I'm assuming they are all spares and I don't need to do anything with them until I want to make changes etc.?

Cheers and look forward to going through the threads on here!

Yeah those would be spares in the case

Monitors for the 6700XT I'd recommend the Samsung G5, I have this monitor and I think it's great. It's also a really good price point, there are better monitors if you want to spend a bit more though that I'm sure others will recommend.

There's a 27" AOC monitor that's very popular around here, as well. Basically with the 6700XT you should be looking for a 1440p 144Hz monitor

As has been said, for the 6700XT, you'd be looking at a 1440p 144hz monitor. I'm currently writing from the AOC that @Steveyg mentioned. It's called the AOC CQ27G2U and so far I'm loving it! I've only had it for a few days but I can say the colours seem fantastic for a VA panel and 144hz is insane when you're used to 60. I'm yet to do much gaming on it but from the sneek peek I've had, it seems great. If you'd rather a flat panel they do a flat version called the Q27G2U for about the same price. I believe it's currently at Curry's for £260 which seems like a bargain to me.
