Hi thank you for your message, i am going to need some help very soon, im in a bit of a pickle with my PC at the moment so maybe you could give me some advice.

Im running an i7-4790K fully unlocked K-series cup 4.4ghz turbo, VR & ultra 4k ready, win 10 pro, Asus maximus V11 ranger gaming chipset motherboard, Asus strix rbg GTX-1070 8gb-gddr5 dedicated v-ram, 16gb ddr3 hyper-x xmp 1866mhz memory 256 wave ssd OS/boot drive + 3tb sata hdd wd green power secondary mass storage, aerocool 500w 80+plus bronze PSU, i have a lot of software editing, photo shop, media ect, and i am using a brand new 43'' Samsung 4k UHD smart TV as my monitor.

so a few days ago i opened CPUID it asked me to allow to make changes, yes, opened it up and to see whats what, i made no tweaks or changes! also i had Nvidia driver updates.
so i logged into destiny as normal and instantly i could see a difference, the picture quality was diabolical the screen looks as if it was zoomed in, the graphics were terrible, there is lag on the mouse but only in game, i have dropped from over 110fps down to 30fps, so i logged out, went to control panel and things were over lapping. after some digging around on youtube and not really getting anywhere i called Asus directly explained the situation and was told to do a Cmos battery reset! and then to go into the bios to enable a few bits, now i am by far no pro, i am kinda new to the digging around with PC's, ive been gaming on a PC for a while now but thats as far as it goes, i am just getting into the building side of things as i really enjoy it. anyways ive not done that as yet as i dont feel comfy enough to do so without having some sort of guidance, so i made some more calls and was advised to uninstall the drivers, so i uninstalled the Nvidia drivers for the GTX10-70 and rebooted the PC, after i done this the over lapping in control had gone, do i tried to log into destiny, which to my surprise it did! it took a while to get in but it did! just to the menu! i had no lag, the picture was better i only had 15fps but the issues seemed to have gone! so i logged out and re-installed the drivers, checked control panel, no over lapping! so i logged into destiny and then my screen went blank and all the issues were back!
i have spent the last 3 days trying to resolve this and i am no closer at all!
i dont have loads of money at the moment as i am out of work, i have abnormalities in my nerves i am currently waiting for spinal surgery and reconstruction to my right shoulder, i am on a huge amount of medication and have gone from 17.5 stone down to 9 stone so im a bit of a mess at the moment, over the last 3 days i have spoken to at least 20 people trying to get some sort of idea how to tackle this.
is there anything that you could suggest?
i would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this coz i really am completely and truly stuck.thank you for taking the time to read this i hope to hear from you

Hello and welcome to the fora. :)

I'm afraid that since these fora belong to PC Specialist (PCS), who sell custom built high-end and gaming PCs and laptops, we cannot offer advice on home builds nor competitor's builds. You might get help on a more general forum like Tom's Hardware.
