New Monitor Stuck Pixel

I recently got a new PC build from PC specialist but the monitor that I got with it (Benq GL2250) has a suck pixel in the middle of the screen. Its becoming very annoying, if anyone has any good ideas for how to get rid of it im open to suggestions. Ive already tried lots of online ideas but none seem to work permanently. If there is no permanent fix does anyone know if peripherals are supported under the warranty ?

Stuck and/or dead pixels are a real annoyance in terms of warranties, they are covered in certain circumstances but you have to fall within a number of categories before a replacement will be offered in most cases. By that I mean you'll need a certain number of dead &/or stuck pixels within a certain location before it will be classed as a defect.

I'd suggest you give PCS a call to discuss as I'm not totally up to date with BenQ's replacement policy.
