Strange, I cannot see why the phone OS should make any difference but mine is an Ubuntu phone.

But if you look at what I said, if I use it as a WiFi hotspot or USB tether, it doesn't work on my laptop either...doubt how the phone OS is to blame.

One thing that may be different for me is my EE is business not domestic. I mean don't get me wrong - all the APN settings are identical whichever you're on.

Was not blaming the phone OS, just throwing a bit more info in, that is why I said I cannot see why the phone OS should make a difference.

It wouldn't be something like you've/someone has accidentally blocked the site on your business account (cos I presume you can set up sites that your users aren't allowed to go to), and it's just not handling it very well - I suspect this is not the case, but it was something I thought of.
I know I don't have a problem on my OnePlus3, Android 6.0.1, O2 Business account (no, I don't run a business but do have a business account (I think it was a better deal for me))

Nah - I don't block any sites from the handsets. PITA to manage. All my blocking is done at the firewall on the LAN.

Thank you guys for all of your feedback on the Site. I can confirm that the Mobile Site is fully up and running now without the glitches that were originally occurring. I would advise anyone who has experienced issues when using the mobile site over the past week to give it another go on your device.

Many Thanks

I'm having a new issue with the site and internet explorer 11. First noticed it yesterday evening.

I've tried clearing my cache etc and have the same issue on IE11 on a PC with a clean windows install where the browser hadn't even been launched before.

The issue is that if I snap the configurator to half of my 1080p desktop, I can't interact with the configurator. The dropdown menus don't work and if I click them enough all that happens is that the text of the mis-placed system-summary bar gets highlighted

IE11 vs Edge there.

Not sure if it's just me there.

On my Samsung Galaxy S6 with Android 7 (Nougat) the configurator is unusable when in portrait mode. If I rotate the phone to landscape it's ok, but in portrait mode the right side of the selection bars is off the screen and it cannot be shrunk nor scrolled horizontally.

The System Summary (with the price) at the bottom takes up way too much real estate IMO.

Here you go.

As I said before if I use VPN or WiFi it's fine.

If I use the phone as a WiFi hotspot I get the same error from my laptop.

Very odd.
