I would keep the base build the same with a couple of adjustments:

1/. You need a much better case, obviously it's a personal choice on aesthetics, but something at around the £100 mark I'd suggest.

2/. Personally, I'd drop the RAM to 3200MHz, there's not much in it performance wise but 3600 is quite a lot more expensive.

3/. Replace the SATA SSD with an M2 drive which is the current standard and vastly superior performance to a SATA drive for not much more money.

4/. Up the Cooler to the H100i which is much better suited to the CPU.

5/. Up the wireless card to the next one up which is the Intel card. The one you've selected it quite old tech on wireless N, missing out on modern connectivity.

6/. At least silver warranty which is only £5

As a monitor, I'd highly recommend a 1440p 144Hz GSync screen. The Dell in my signature is excellent:

So as an example for the build (you can use the link at the bottom to reconfigure or order):

I'd drop the mobo to the X570 PLUS. Not sure there's anything on the Strix to make it worth the massive premium

You could consider the 3600MHz RAM. As the price gap is a little smaller than it was. Hardly cheap but not quite such a ripoff (~£25 difference rather than £40-60)

Some additional monitor ideas:

Those are 1440p 144hz.

Or one or two of the less expensive 1440p Ultrawide ones like 34" MSI Optix MAG341CQ might be within budget. That one's still around £450.

I think monitors tend to get expensive again after the Black Friday week upto Christmas... and then stay that way as everyone goes to buy one for their new gaming PC.

Thanks for help guys. i will probably stick with cheap case due to it being enclosed in my pc desk so no real point in anything flashy (literally lol)

The case isn't just for looks, the one you've picked won't have great airflow and you may find everything gets very toasty as its not really suitable for high-end components.
Also you said it'll be in an enclosed space, how enclosed? If it will only just fit with no space for airflow then that will definitely not help I'm afraid and will make things even hotter - you do need a bit of space around high end PC's.
Edit: added info: The modern PC's will do what they can to avoid overheating but this may include throttling the power and you don't won't a brand new machine being throttled from day 1 due to bad case choice and lack of airflow.

also should i install windows to 512 m.2 or 2tb seagate
Should definitely be on the M.2 (I know you said you'd found the answer - but I'm just verifying which it should be)

Yeah, case is important to the build, it's not that any case will do, you have to tailor it depending on the components you have.

That case you originally selected will burn out the CPU and GPU pretty quickly, and certainly throttle performance in the meantime, basically, big NO NO

I have that monitor, it's absolutely brilliant.
Worth the 500£. Dell's quality is truly amazing.
