If you just bought this, cancel the order straight away. Those CPUs are obsolete and worse (less performance vs £) against other options from both AMD and Intel.
What is the budget? What are you using it for?
Gaming I assume? What monitor are you gaming on? That budget 4k one in your spec?
Budget is 2000 €...it's rgb, it's for gaming...and the monitor is Samsung lu28e570ds/en 28" 4k freesync led....

One option to look at may be the LU32H850UMUXEN - which is probably a good balance for 4k gaming and 4k media - I assume you are watching 4k movies etc?
If not, 1440p 144hz gaming or 1440p ultrawide might make more sense.

I probably wouldn't buy all the extras from PCS. You could probably save or get better value options elsewhere.

I wouldn't bother with the extra fans, the case has 3 RGB and the CPU cooler adds 2, which is already a heck of a lot of fans
I'd probably also go with RGB strips instead of green so you get more choice of colour.
