Upgraded the PSU to a 1500w Thermaltake tough power but then changed my mind and went back to the corsair.

:)

Will post pics of PC Specialists work when it arrives (by friday, hopefully as they didnt have my case in stock!)

What do you think :D?

Hi everyone.

Downgraded the 1500w Thermaltake to the Corsair 1000w, less noise! yay

Got the system for FFXIV, wanted to be able to run everything at max and make a future proof system.

I usually never even bother getting a sound card, I just stuck the cheapest one in there - I'd think it'd be ok though for gaming? I dont even use a headset most of the time, just my speakers.

Seems PC Specialist dont have my case in stock atm, but was told my system should be with me friday, looking forward to it!

Very nice, any benches for us? Vantage?

When i had this case i struggled with the cable management and ended up cutting several holes in the motherboard plate to route everything in from the back :D

beast... I love how big graphics cards are to the rest of the components... I remember my old PC when it had an ATI Radeon x600... was the size of sound card... then I saw the 8800GTX was like WHAT? thats a graphics card? Wouldnt fit in my machine :p

Do you think in future, GPUs will begin to shrink again as newer, better technology is released? Or do you think they will just get bigger & beefier than ever?

Thanks for the pics Gorman.

Got any suggestions on which Bench marks to use?

Thanks.

(Edit, bit disappointed with FFXIV Official Benchmark, gave me 4000 score on high (Was expecting 6k~). while people with lower machines are getting higher scores, but there have been complaints the benchmark is buggy/faulty)

Also got my 8800GTX lying about somewhere, I remember seeing that for the first time, it was frigging huge!
