New Vortex series issues

I have received my laptop yesterday and was working ok until this morning, when a grinding noise started coming from the fan when it accelerated to a higher speed.

Also, the laptop has been having a few Blue Screens with the error code as below:

I have also experienced some issues with shutting down, sometimes the laptop will hang on "Logging off" and not proceed to shutdown. I have managed to resolve this by using the "clean boot" option in MSCONFIG, although this should only be a work around

Can anyone advise what would be the best way to progress here?
