Review:
DPD said the PC would be here between 14:01 and 15:01. I was rather amazed when they knocked on the door at precisely 14:01, that's just amazing service! The courier guy was a bit grumpy, and did just dump the boxes down on the doorstep, but no harm done. Then, once we managed to get the box upstairs (It took 3 of us due to the lack of room and massive box!) the unbixibg could begin. That's another story though, see thread "The Self Unboxing Computer" in corsair competition for that (seriously, do! Link at bottom of review! ). Then 2 hours later it was finally all unpacked and I could finally get everything going!
The case and all components were in perfect condition and all seated perfectly! They were also all very shiny, which is always nice. If I had to complain about one thing, it'd be that the power cable was a bit short, but not a major issue, I can always just buy a longer one! The monitor (see spec) is made for its vibrant colours, and they really are amazingly good! Everything looks so awesome on it (also big, as its 23" of course).
Finally, onto performance! With the aid of the SSD it boots into windows in about 15 seconds flat, which is obviously brilliant! No more falling asleep or getting bored ans breaking things while it starts up now! Also the ASUS new BIOS is amazing with its mouse control! Can't say I know what a lot of it does, but it does look awesome. So yeah, I installed 3DMark 06 and 11 and they both run perfectly! Ill find my scores later and post them, I forgot. I also installed Gmod, Minecraft, and Supreme Commander 2, all of which run perfectly and smoothly with the computer barely breaking a sweat! I'm giving it its first real workout this afternoon as I have some rendering to do!
In conclusion, thanks PCS for building such an awesome PC, having such awesome staff, and also your general awesomeness. Thanks to all the members who helped me out too! enjoy!

Thanks for the suggestion, may well do just that! Spent an hour yesterday building a desk so I now have somewhere to put it :) though being a small desk the monitor is gonna basically fill it probably! Will post pics when it arrives though that could be a while!

So excited! Order has been in QC since about 10, anyone know chances of dispatch tonight? I know QC says 24-48 hours but wasn't sure how much this is stuck to. Thanks!

Yeah i started ou with a budget of around £500 but then i got carried away :p. Only problem is i ordered the wrong HDD as i meant to get the caviar black but i obviously selected the wrong one and didnt notice until it had been built, i am however going to get an SSD when i get some more money. Only problem is i dont have a clue how to swap the OS between them :/

Mine started out around £1000 and also got a bit carried away. Coulda gone even further but restrained myself :p Uh not sure you'll be able to swap it between them, so what I'd do is partition your 1TB with one for windows and one for storage then if you gotta reinstall windows you still got all your stuff without having to transfer via backup and stuff.

I wish i could have gone further but this machine will destroy what i have atm so im not complaining. I guess i will find out how to work around it when i come to get an SSD. I hope i get the email tomorrow telling me it has been dispatched!

Me too, but likewise. As I'm running my laptop and at 2.1Ghz dual core, but been doing heavy rendering so been a no-go and incredibly time consuming! Yeah fairly sure you can't migrate windows, but I could be wrong there! Hoping I get mine too and then we can exchange reviews :D + My unboxing video as entering the corsair competition to win free stuff (Hopefully...)

Mine is still awaiting dispatch, so should be out by 3PM I'm hoping :D Went to awaiting at like 6 this morning though so should definitely leave today! Tomorrow is gonna be a good day (Well, also exam results, so could be a REALLY good day :p)
