Hi everyone!

Few weeks ago i purchased an RTX proteus VI but since then i cannot make the HD Graphics work.
The device manager only detect the rtx 2070 but nothing else. Neither as "microsoft basic adapter" shown in the device manager above/below rtx 2070.

I checked ARK and there should be HD Graphics 630 inbuilt into the 8750H.

Every driver is up to date i double/triple/quadra checked with manual, windows update, intel update utility, driver booster, pc specialist download section(there is a hd graphics driver in pc specialist section).
In the BIOS theres no option for MsHybrid or Discrete switch.

I would phone PCS and confirm that you should be able to access the iGPU. I'd have thought you should too, but it's wise to confirm that first. :)

Did you buy it with Windows installed or did you install your own copy?

I already talked about this with PC specialist tech but they don't know if this is intended or not. About Windows why does it matter if they install it or my "own" copy? Windows is windows even if its not retail (i have a retail one). I do install plenty of notebooks everyday and never had a problem with.

It’s just to identify if drivers have been installed and it’s srtup correctly and windows is up to date.

If you bought it with Windows installed then we know that all drivers were properly installed. If you installed your own copy there is a possibility of drivers not being installed or not installed correctly.

Since it seems you installed your own copy, where did you source the drivers, and did you install the chipset driver first? With Windows 10 it's wise to allow Windows Update to install all drivers.

Pre downloaded all the PCspecialist drivers to pendrive and after the Windows 10 install i started to install the drivers in offline. The first driver is always the chipset driver to install and its from PcSpecialist.

I'd be tempted to reinstall and allow Windows Update to install all the drivers, see whether that helps. Although with only one graphics adapter showing up in Device Manager it does look as though it's either not accessible on that chassis or it's faulty.

I'd like to now this to as I'm unable to see onboard graphics, Mine came with windows installed by PCS and still no sign of HD Graphics 630?

In that case I'd be pretty confident in saying that the iGPU is not directly accessible on that chassis....
