No sound with Ubuntu 20

Did someone find a solution for this issue? I received à Recoil VII yesterday. I installed ubuntu but I have not been able to set up speaker settings. Sound work fine on bluetooth devices. But neither the laptop speakers nor a speaker connected to the jack work. to make things worst the speakers will randomly make a loud poping noise even if the sound is mute.

Is this a pcspecialist system? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

How come you're using Ubuntu 20 as that will be very outdated now?
