no wireless connections available

After installing the wireless driver provided for my Optimus V laptop, I was able to see all the nearby wireless network connections. However after restarting the laptop no connections were available. I have tried reinstalling the driver as well as reinstalling windows, but there are still no network connections available. I am running windows 7 ultimate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you occidentally Turn off the wireless receiver via the hotkey function. try hitting the wireless enable key or maybe its in airplane mode?

I agree with izzyy it sounds like you've turned off the wireless receiver because installing optimus shouldn't affect your wireless connections
