Noob looking for decent build (first gaming computer)

Hello guys!

I’m just looking for some help as I have looked at a few of the pre builds on the main website but not sure if they are the best way to go?

Just some info for anyone who is kind enough to help with a build for a pc that would be perfect for me!

Budget is around £1400-£1600
Games I play are COD/Warzone, total war, plan to play MMO like the new elder scrolls when that comes out.
I will be playing if a monitor at 1080 with 144hz refresh rate.

If any other info is needed that will be helpful please ask and I shall answer but thanks in advance for the help!

This should cover the bases nicely.
Strong price to performance CPU in the 5600x with a motherboard to match. (Opted for the built in Wifi card, if you are using a wired ethernet connection there is the option to take this out too.) 16GB of fast RAM, a GPU to nail high end 1080p gaming. A fast m.2 drive for OS and programs with another 1tb for games, plus a HDD for general storage such as photos and music. A solid PSU with room for upgrades (850W would arguably be more futureproof as future GPU generations look to be very power hungry but takes you a few quid over budget).
Any questions please do let us know, there are plenty of knowledgeable people on the forums who will be happy to help!

Aw mate I can’t thank you enough! I had a look at it there and just one quick q. The graphics card shows as a pre order but when I search it is almost a year old? Is that a website glitch or is it just not been restocked for a while?

Means there is no stock currently but it's on order. GPU's are extremely hard to get a hold of in todays market mate, most GPU's are pre order these days

Current wait time generally for builds is around 20-25 working days until despatch

Provided on when stock arrives but PCS have seemed to maintain a steady flow throughout
