Not able to select 2 GTX 460's (SLI)?

When chosing the graphics card for the O.C. PC, it lets you select the GTX 460 in the first drop down list "Graphics Card". But it doesn't allow you to choose it in the second list "2nd Graphics Card".

I know you can SLI up to 2 GTX 460's, so why can't I choose this option?
