Nvidia RTX 3070 TI issues

Hi,

So i finally got round to building my PC.
Everything works as it should apart from the GPU (rtx 3070 ti founders edition).
It's all plugged in but as soon as I run the HDMI rom the GPU display port I get a no signal message.
So, I go back to the motherboard display port and I get the screen come back on.

I can't update any drivers or install the GEForce experience as it doesn't recognise I have a Nvidia graphics card.
This also doesn't show up in device management even with the "show hidden devices" ticked.

I have tried all other GPU slots on the motherboard and still nothing.

I am assuming this is a faulty card as its not being detected anywhere ?
My power supply is 750w which is more than enough.

Any help would be great!!

Is this a pcspecialist system? Can you post your full specs from the order page?
