NZXT PHANTOM 410 - Does it come with LED as standard?

I would just like to know if the case comes with the blue LED as standard?

If not, where can I buy it?

im not sure tbh, although, i'd probably be considering the newer nzxt phantom range. the 410 are old cases now, the newer ones are much better!
