What games will you be playing? What monitor will you use with this (make and model or resolution and refresh rate)? What is your budget? This can be better balanced to give you more bang for your buck. Please provide the configuration link, so that changes can be suggested.

I'll be playing games like skyrim (modded ofc), Forza Horizon 5, Horizon Zero Dawn, RDR 2, God Of War, some racing games and all the the titles (also waiting impatiently for new GTA and STALKER) . I like different kinds of games so I won't stick to a specific one. My budget is around £3500 +/- as the configuration is.
Here is the link https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/computers/amd-am4-gen3-pc/2290708/ And I'll be getting new monitor as well, I was thinking about

MSI MPG ARTYMIS 343CQR Quad HD 34" Curved LED Gaming Monitor - Black.

Is the i7-12700K really better for gaming than ryzen 9 5950X? I'm not an expert in this matter, just asking from curiosity. There are so many cpu's that a newbie can get lost in this :D

5950x isn't a gaming CPU it's more geared towards design and production. We recommend the 5900x over the 5950x for gaming as it's offers similar performance for much less of the cost

The 12700K is slightly better than the 5900x at the minute so it's the go to gaming CPU
