OLD PC / FLASHING ORANGE LIGHT ON MOBO

Hello, I’ve recently bought a new pc but didn’t want to risk taking it down to uni so brought my old one which I will post full specs below. Upon setting this PC up on my desk and turning it on it just says ‘DisplayPort NO SIGNAL’ on my monitor. When I looked at my PC I saw an orange light on the motherboard, searched it, and was told it is most likely a problem with the RAM. I took the RAM out and re-seated numerous times to no avail. I ended up leaving my PC for a while with just one stick in and when I turned it on a while later it let me go into setup but not actually go into windows. As in it would prompt me to troubleshoot my PC and I was left in a loop not being able to get into windows. I’ve since took the back of my PC off and the front and made sure nothing looks loose and it looks fine. Is there anything else I can do to try and fix this? Thanks.
