Once again, let down.

you will see that pcspecialist were very reasonable and 'sorted' out my order. To say i was chuffed, seems fair enough.

but here i am again, feeling let down, and frankly very appalled at your customer service.

If you have a look on the first page, pcspecialist were going to get the laptop to me earlier as there stock was due in yesterday for the 17" optimus chassis.

So today i checked, being assured i was first priority for the build, to see i am still in pre production. So as you do, i get in contact to find out whats going on.

As it turns out, now the 17" isnt due in until likely monday. Now i know this is only 3 or so days later, but i am in no question pcspecialist will have known about this before i spoke to them.

how hard is it to send an email out to customers? seriously? Its pathetic. Once again, a simple task could avoid all of this. But no, here i am once again.

So basically your 'offer' of upgrading me to get the laptop earlier, is now completely redundant as the 15/17 inch will be due in about the same time.

so i am now back to square one.

disgrace.

That's bad news indeed mate.

I hope you get your laptop soon.

At least you'll still be getting the 17" upgrade for free :) Got to be worth something at least in some form of compensation for the delay!

yup, its really getting to me now. This was the problem before, the lack of communication. I thought they had redeemed their selves, but not now.

and it is and it isnt, as i only took it because it was getting to me almost a week earlier.

When there is only like 5 quid difference between the 15/17inches, not much compensation when you look at it that way!

Yeah as I said its bad news, on a slightly more positive note at least it should be coming next week.

I always found it easy enough to get in touch with PCS myself rather than wait for an email etc. to come through, but I can see your point of sending mails out. I just don't think it would end up being as simple as it sounds to us (or else I'd like to think PCS would do it already!).

Fair enough on the upgrade, didn't realise the price difference was so small.

Also, my PC took 21 working days to be dispatched (and I took a few 'out of stock' items off or it'd have been longer), so you've still not really waited all that long!

Fingers crossed for next week for ya though!

The stock was due to land yesterday but didn't, which is beyond our control. We have been chasing this up and stock is looking like it will land possibly tomorrow, if not next week.

The reason why we have not contacted you before you contacted us is because we did not have any firm information to provide to you until late yesterday, and you called us before we could call you.
