Operating System Windows 7 32 or 64 bit?

I am not sure which operating system to choose - 32 or 64 bit encription. I read somewhere that some printers won't work on 64 bit. How can I check? Thanks

A few years back it was sometimes difficult to obtain all drivers for a number of peripheral devices however as the 64bit OS have become more and more popular, most hardware manufacturers now develop 64bit drivers. What printer do you have? We'll try find the drivers you need.

In summary, 64 bit will give you a better performance on resource-intense applications. Check the printer manufacturer website to see the operating system compatibility and requirements to get info on whether it will work on 64 bit.

Printers & Operating Systems

I only bought the printer last year which is why I wanted to make sure it's compatible.

Thanks for the tip of checking the Maker's website. It's an Epsom SX215 which, according to the Epson website, does have a compatible driver.

Yeah, the SX215 seems to be compatible with Windows 7 64bit so you shouldn't experience any problems at all.
