Essentially tldr if I make it so my pc doesn’t come with an operating system can I install it later and will there be any problems as I want to save some extra cash

You can happily add your own Windows key instead of buying from one from PCS.
Though do note you should really not be running Win10 without a valid license for it - as that is software piracy.

If you have your own windows license and know how to configure windows you can install it yourself source your key from elsewhere.

If you don't have experience configuring windows I wouldn't recommend this option, it takes hours upon hours hours usually to get it properly configured and it's worth paying someone like PCS just to avoid the headache. At least in my opinion

Also, if you order without windows, you’ll have to install and configure it yourself and won’t be able to contact PCS for software support.
