Is there anything that doesn't make sense in the above build? Anywhere I could tweak to make it better? I want to stay around the £1200 mark and intend to use the laptop for gaming, hopefully in 1080p at 60fps.

I'm not sure about the drive I've chosen. I'd like to be able to use a single 1tb SSD as my storage (os, games and everything else). Would the m.2 intel 660p or adata sx6000 (both 1tb) be better choices?

Also, anyone know if this chassis has decent thermals? Or will the 9750h melt it into my desk.

Another thing I'd like opinions on is build quality. Are Clevo chassis particularly unreliable, the same as other companies or famously superior? I'm not expecting a premium feeling product at this price point, but I'm hoping for something that doesn't fall apart by itself.

I'm open to any and all opinions; I'm not at all knowledgeable about gaming laptops and usually game on desktop, but I will need the portability in the coming year.

Thank you very much for reading and helping me out.

Looks good. And yes, I'd take the SX6000 over the 860 QVO (and over the 660p tbh).

In terms of build quality, Clevo chassis are fine. They've been going long enough that if they were junk, they'd have been busted on it! Our Clevo from 2012 is still fine, no broken hinges or anything.
