Optical output for external sound

I've just purchased an NUC ghost with a GTx 1050 ti graphics card.
I knew in advance that it had an optical socket (as well at headphone outlet) but assumed it was an SPDIF/TOSLINK type that I was familiar with.
The optical outlet on the card is of a different design.
Does anybody know :the type and outlet characteristics and what cable is needed so that I can connect to an external sound system?

Can you take a photo of it?

Thanks. I too thought it was a spdif /tosl link but it seems it isn't. ,at least not what I'm familiar with. Here's a pic and will be grateful for any info.

Ah yeah, can see why you're confused.

That's a mini toslink I believe they're called, you'd get a toslink to Mini Toslink cable to connect to a normal toslink
