Firstly, PCS themselves, amazing service overall. Live support was always available when i needed it and i was kept up to date very well throughout the whole process via email. Can't fault the order process at all. Laptop was also very well packed.
Delivery, again no problems at all, laptop was dispatched on Friday afternoon and arrived Monday lunchtime. Would be nice if Yodel had slightly longer customer service call centre opening hours for those of us that work but i guess you can't have everything. (PCS live support answered my question anyway).
Finally the laptop, it is fantastic so far. Easy to install the drivers provided and after a few windows updates and restarts everything is working great.
A point on the Optimus VGA button as i've seen a few problems on the forums, mine has been working excellently, switching between Intel and Nvidia graphics as i move between general web use and games etc when activated.
One small point is that the disc tray is somewhat flimsy but they're never the strongest of things anyway so its not a problem really.
Overall i'm extremely pleased, thanks PCS and thanks to everyone who helped me on the forum prior to ordering.
