Optimus V Backlit keyboard issue!!! ASAP pls

Hi there,

So I got my new laptop this Wednesday and I was quiet sure that it will be with working backlit keyboard, however it's not. So I've contacted pc specialist and the only thing I could do whether to check it myself or send it back to them to have a look which is a bit stressful cause I'm based in London. Therefore I am not sure if it's safe cause of warranty-if anything else would happen I might be the guilty one. Any suggestions????

You are able to take a look yourself under PCS warranty conditions. As long as you don't do anything that further damages the laptop. If you're unsure I'm sure someone on here can point you in the right direction. Failing that PCS will give you step by step directions and its not that difficult when you get going
