Order Problem

I made an order last night, It took my money out of my bank account but it says that finance not completed? There isn't a complete finance option either.

Note about finance orders: When you apply for finance online we will authorise your card for the deposit amount + arrangement fee. If you application is successful, we will then proceed and debit the payment. Otherwise the authorisation will be cancelled and no payment taken.

At no point during the application is any money taken from your account, the payment is simply "authorised" or "shadowed". This means that during the application you will no be able to make use the the money elsewhere, but it still remains in your account, and only upon a successful application will the money be debited.

I have already tried that, There is no action to complete the finance.
