I love the new order status guide picture in the admin pages.
(It's a colour-coded flow chart saying what's happening with your order in the various stages and where it goes to next.)

Gripe: "Normally <1 week" in pre-production? As if!

should "collected" come after "dispatched", or are they really two separate pathways?

That was my brain child. We're currently making a few improvements to our customer admin pages to make them more informative. I was going to post it here but there's not really any point, everyone will see it when they log into their account.

"Order Collected" and "Order Dispatched" are two seperate pathways. One for dispatched by courier and the other if the customer collects from our premises.

you can probably remove the text descriptions now, by the way. or if you want to keep them, read over them again and update - they don't seem accurate or written very well... e.g. the beginning of processing and pre-production look almost the same. I reckon taking some material from here would be good.
