This PC will be mainly used for world of warcraft, diablo and many more games but mainly wow.

1 if you don't use anything that benefits from hyperthreading. And get a 750W PSU or there's no point in getting a board that supports SLI.

I dunno what Hyperthreading actually is... and I might possibly add 2 cards in the future but atm I'm gunna stick with 1 gpu. But which do you think is best .

Best in terms of power? The 2nd. Best for your needs? The 1st. You could say that the i7 is more future proof is games start using hyperthreading at one point but no one can really know when that's going to happen.

I'm really not sure about difference in the motherboards except one requires pretty much 0 maintenance and 5 years warranty on the sabertooth board.

No you're right

Chriso if you don't ever see yourself getting into serious video editing or rendering or running virtual machines then go for 1. But as I said get a 750W PSU or you won't be able to add a 2nd GPU later on.
