If i order a pc without an OS will the version of windows 10 they install to test be able to be activated with an OEM key that i buy?

Also if i buy it without an OS will they have updated the bios on the motherboard and set it up properly?

Yes, provided the key is registered to you Microsoft account first.

Yes.... but it's not advised to just license the test installation as it won't be fully configured and will likely cause issues like BSOD's.

We would always recommend to reinstall from scratch once you receive the device.
