What does the spec above cost?

What is the system being used for?

Gaming? if so, gaming on that monitor? what resolution and refresh rate is the monitor

Non-gaming uses? video or music production? If so, what software?

It looks like there may be significant overspending in some areas, underspending in others, and some better value / bang for buck choices to be made.

it really was just a rough build to ballpark it to see how much to save. The coolant and bigger processor were my main buys

Build above looks excellent to me. Not really anything I would change in it.

The S600 is a poor choice of case due to airflow issues. If silent is a requirement then the Define R6 is the go-to case, it's quite expensive though.

Only thing I'd add is that a 1080p 60hz monitor which is almost certainly what you have means the RTX 2060 Super is wasted.

You'd want a 1440p monitor, ideally 144hz.

It's very, very hard to find a store with a decent selection of high end monitors on display so you are probably going to need to shop online and make purchase decisions based on reviews.

The chances are anything with a decent spec will have a better panel than your current budget monitor, assuming that's what it is.
