I have been given the task of building a replacement PC that requires a motherboard using both PCI-E and PCI slots.
The original motherboard is a DFI SD631 Q170 and the processor is an intel core i7 3.40Ghz. This has 4 pci-e and 3 pci slots. The graphics card is an nvidia gtx 1050
Can I still buy a motherboard that has the pci slots required?
Also we are using dual displays so one out is on the DisplayPort and the other is the dvi-d.
Is it possible to get a graphics card that has 2 DisplayPort outputs.
The displays we are using are ASUS VG248QE as we need to run in 120HZ refresh rate.
I’ve been on the DFI website and I can buy this motherboard with power supply, case and processor. The original pc also has a dvd-we drive and ITB hard drive. However it’s in the US and I have no idea how long the build and lead time is, probably weeks and I would like to get the parts and pc built here in the U.K.
