Pc builds need help please!

Hi recently I've been wanting to get a new gaming/streaming pc I'm looking to spend 2k-2.5k if cheaper the better but I know jack about parts if I'm to be honest so looking for assistance or even some builds to copy would appreciate any feedback

Urm tbh not looked Into them other that 4k 144hz not sure of make but that's an extra illnsort out after I plan a pc build
