When i plug my USB C mouse in the PC doesn't boot and is stuck on black screen. Once i unplug the mouse it boots up instantly.

On another note when i plug it back in when the pc is fully on the mouse flickers on and off in devices menu. Mouse is unresponsive.

Its not a fault mouse as it works on anything else.

Other usb slots cause the pc to lag when in use by anything.

When you don't buy it with an OS its normally best to do a clean install, just cos the occasional thing may be missing, it can work perfectly fine but sometimes all sorts of weird stuff can happen - just because its an install used for testing rather than anything else.

Whether this is the cause of your issues though I do not know and will be difficult to tell without doing said clean install

Edit: oops, Spyder just beat me to it :)
