PC for £1000-£1400

I really want to get a Gaming and Uni work PC - I'd like to run on a 1440p 144hz monitor. I really liked the look of the BF Vortex but its out of stock and also the BF fusion. I don't really know what I need exactly and don't want to build it as I am a dingleberry! Is there any must-haves or recommendations if so please tell me. Ive been looking into it this week or even if there is any cheaper ways to get 1440p gaming pc on this site.

Neither of those systems will run games a 1440p 144Hz, at least not at any graphics quality worth having...minimum you need currently is the 3070...the upcoming 3060Ti should be good enough and a bit cheaper.

Hi, thank you so much for your reply! could I sacrifice some of the frame rates to get a cheaper pc I assume that's to run at a constant 144 fps? or does the hz not be equivalent to that? and also on the power supply can it not be 550w?

The PSU is the bare minimum and, personally, I'd want a better quality one and more headroom. This system would be very limited in terms of any future upgrades:
