All depends on your max budget?

What monitor are you pairing it with, what resolution and refresh rate or make and model if you're unsure?

The quote that they gave to me was around £1200. Would there be an Intel equivalent for around that price?

I currently have a BenQ, not sure of the specs. I would be happy to upgrade the monitor too though.

Intel is the poor option these days, AMD far outperform then at this budget. For many reasons you’d be crazy to go with intel these days, they’re a poor choice.

What’s the make and model of your monitor?

I think it will be too old to even bother looking at. Could you suggest an appropriate monitor for this build?

Also, thanks very much for bothering to reply to me!

What's your budget for the monitor? A 1440p 144Hz Freesync monitor would pair well with the above, rough budget of between 300-400

Oh yeah thanks. Very briefly, could you explain why?

Also, do you think that liquid processor cooling is unnecessary?
There's no need for a closed loop on that CPU, the stock cooler is perfectly adequate. Even if your budget was higher, there's no need on this chip.

That spec is just better balanced, has a better motherboard which will be useful for future upgrades, faster RAM, better suited PSU and a better case.

How about if I upgraded the SSD drive to the 512GB version?

Edit: Would even be prepared to upgrade for the Samsung 500GB if you feel it would be worth it.
