Pc freezing after boot

Hi everyone. I've received my pc after second RMA and it ran great for a couple of hours however it just started to become unresponsive. Sometime I manage to use for for a couple of minutes, sometime it freezes right after boot. I didn't notice any pattern. I can move cursor around but that's about it, can't launch web browser, settings, can't restart or switch it off, can't do anything at all. I made sure windows and all drivers are up to date.

I tried to use startup repair but I get this message: Startup couldn't repair your pc

Is it the same issue as it was RMA'd for?

Start up repair wouldn't really be the tool to fix this problem as it usually deals with booting into windows. Have you tried safe mode to rule out third party software issues?

Since its been through a delivery pticess recently, try removing and replacing the PCIe cards, the RAM cards and the M.2 SSD cards. It's not that unusual for stuff to come loose in transit.
