PC Graphics card problem

Hello, I am currently having trouble playing games on my PC and run about 40-50fps on average. I think this maybe due to my graphics card.

My specs:

AMD A8 9600 Quad Core @ 4.20GHz Turbo
ATI Radeon HD R7 Graphics Chip, 8GB DDR4 RAM
AM4 Motherboard | 300Mbps Wifi USB Adapter
Windows 10 Installed, 120GB SSD HDD

I was wondering if changing my current graphics card would help. And would this graphics card I want to buy work with my motherboard?

New graphics card:

MSI Nvidia GTX1650 Aero ITX OC 4G Fan PCI Express Graphics Card

Any advice or references would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Tyler
