PC having trouble booting

I’ve had a PC from PCS for about 2 months, no problems with it until yesterday. It doesn’t power on, if I disconnect all cable (usb, hdmi etc) it booths after awhile but does one long beep and three short ones. After this it runs fine and sometimes boots normally. I’m not tech savvy at all and am worried about having to open it up because I really have no idea what I’m looking at and am worried about making matters worse.

The specs are:
