Hi

I wonder if anyone can help while the support team are not in - We have been having issues with the PC continually crashing during games, sometimes just kicked out the game, sometimes the PC restarts. The team at PC specialist had a look yesterday and said they did not think it was a hardware issue and instead a software issue. It only 3 months old and my son has still not managed to play a game on it without this problem - grateful for any help or advice

Hiya, can you copy and paste the full specs from the order page leaving out your windows key?

You need to register it with PCS which will activate your warranty and give you access to your online account which includes the full specs.

Have you applied all optional updates from windows update? Can you post a screenshot?

Have you got Norton installed?

Hi doing some research it looks like the error is due to following in event log;

The AMDRyzenMasterDriverV22 service failed to start due to the following error:
Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

The GameInput Service service terminated with the following error:
The compound file GameInput Service was produced with a newer version of storage.

The GameInput Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 6 time(s).

I can help, but not until you post your full spec, after registering with PCS.

BTW. The errors you've indicated in your system log are not the problem.
