Pc keeps opening the bios

so when I always turn in my pc it keeps saying checking media presence and media present and it says start pxe over IPv4 on Mac:F0-2F—74-16-93-40 and it’s says it’s invalid and it’s takes me to the bios

This started to happen when I disconnect my lan cable and plug it in my PS4 and connected it back to my pc
