I've had a problem with my pc which I bought from pc specialist around 1 and a half years ago now where it will just randomly restart however this never happens while I'm playing games its just while I'm browsing on the internet or watching Youtube or something like that. This has been an issue for the past 3 or 4 months now. In early January I installed a new cpu and cooler which went completely smoothly. Can someone please help me as this is really irritating me, thank you.

You've got a major version update waiting, plus looks like you've got optional updates waiting. You'll need to install those before we can troubleshoot.

What process did you take when upgrading the CPU?

Can you install HWMonitor and have it open and take screenshots of CPU temps after 10 minutes of running Prime95? You need to take he screenshots while Prime95 is still running so the system is at full load.

As said, we can't do any troubleshooting until windows is up to date. You need to apply all updates and optional updates before we can troubleshoot.

None of them are windows 11, but windows 11 is the same as windows 10 for gaming, if anything a little better.

We need to see the CPU diagnostics as well, not the motherboard.
