PC setup for casual gaming, budget of £850.

Hi guys, I'm contemplating buying a PC for casual gaming. Nothing serious mainly to play games such as Wow, guild wars and other mmo's. I was hoping to be able to run them at at least high settings possibly the highest. I'm clueless about PC setups and wondered if anyone could have a look through and see if this particular setup would be suitable and any suggestions or changes that can be made?

I would downgrade the motherboard, a different non silent case and a caviar black as the main drive

Thanks a lot for your help I'm completely clueless about this and this is my first gaming PC so I really appreciate the help :) So would this PC be suitable for an enjoyable gaming experience with the games I previously mentioned? I apologise for the dumb question but I just wanna be 100% sure as it's a fair bit of money.
Thanks again!

It will max those games and allow you to play more demanding games at ultra settings
