PC shuts down even in BIOS

My system randomly turned off earlier today just after I finished rendering something, however all the fans were still spinning and the light indicators were on. I restarted, checked event viewer and found critical kernel error 41 (apparently more common than I thought).

I then rebooted for a second time and unfortunately I could barely make it a minute before it turns off again. I would like to point out that all fans still spin while I have no display.

Here's a video example:

I've tried pretty much every step out there, including reset CMOS, reseat RAM, check all cables, I even rebuilt the entire system to make sure. I've replaced my PSU too, none of which has fixed anything.

Could this be a CPU or motherboard issue?

Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600X
ASUS RX 580 GPU
Corsair 3000MHz 16GB RAM
MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX
EVGA 600 W2 PSU
