Pc specialist Deviance keyboard faulty

Hi everyone. Suddenly my keyboard has stopped working properly, the G key the C key are temprimental, the ctrl doesn't work. Numbers on number pad don't work, arrows don't work.. No idea why. Please help!? What do i do

As well as trying safe mode you might try booting the Windows installation media, this uses a totally separate Windows system (it's a Windows PE system). If the keys don't work there then it's going to be a hardware issue I fear.
