PC specialist Lap top buyers experience

Recently purchased a Desk top from PC Specialist and now thinking of getting a Optimus II laptop.. Can any recent laptop buyers from PCS provide any advice on...
1 noise levels. currently my aging HP laptop sounds like a hair dryer
2 Viewing angles of glossy screen and reflection problems if any.
3 Temperature. My aging HP gets red hot!! Not sure if this is a bad thing.

Hi edwjon recieved my Viper III today at 2pm it has been running ever since I got it and it is very quiet and cool although I have only been playing FM 2012 so its not been stretched much, as for viewing angles it doesnt seem too bad to me and I have the glossy screen, although this is my first laptop.

I got an Optimus II last week with the thermal paste option.

Noise levels - the only thing that makes a noise with regular use (like browsing) is the hard drive. The fan is almost completely silent.

When gaming it does get very loud but a set of headphones can easily block that out.

Temperatures - internally it's much hotter than I'd like, 50-60 degrees on idle and 80+ degrees when gaming. However it doesn't get very hot externally so you won't burn your fingers.
