A 10% discount will be ideal. I think there is also a maintenance cost to be done every 2 years, perhaps the discount is small due to the additional warranty expenditure in case there is an issue with the system

Maybe. Still not much of an incentive to buy a system you can't configure (and therefore will likely have at least a couple of components you probably wouldn't choose yourself). If I was splurging £3k+ then I'd just configure it myself and choose everything I wanted for the sake of just £150 more.
