PC SPECIALIST Tornado R5 Gaming PC - AMD Ryzen 5, RX 5500 XT, 2 TB HDD & 256 GB SSD​

We have just bought this pc for our son and when we turned it on it just keeps coming up with (the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click ok to restart computer, and restart installation.)
Every time we click ok it dose not restart and comes up with the same message.
Any help appreciated please x

I would power it all off and disconnect it from the mains, then just make sure the SSD is properly fit and hasn't come loose in transport.
