PC Specialists have messed me about

Ok so i ordered fast track and Saturday delivery this week for it to arrive today, my order was ready Thursday so i contact PC then see if they can send sooner and they told me they could and it would arrive Friday, nothing arrived and received an email saying it was due for the 8th (today) i even contact PC yesterday and they told me it would arrive today with the before 12 Saturday delivery.

Guess what it did not arrive after paying all the money to get it quicker and i contact DPD today and they told me that they have not even received the parcel from PC...

Messed about =/= Something gone wrong in the chain.

It is rubbish when this happens, but I am almost 100% that it wasn't intentional or deliberately misleading.

I was under the impression that PCS have the call centre open on Saturdays (though you'd have to check the main site for details), so best bet is to call them and see what has happened

I think the the call centre closes at 1pm on a Saturday. Gutted mate. you should get your fast track money refunded though.

They close at 1pm but i tried contacting them at 12:30 but i couldnt get through for 10 minutes so i gave up and with it being charged 5p a minute aswell....

I would even be willing to drive out there now today just to get it if that was possible..

Unfortunately I cant say anything additional to what the other guys have already said. Sucks that this has happened however I'm sure you'll get your rig soon!

to put a positive spin in it, if you had not paid for fast track, you could be waiting much much longer. But as you have, the PC has been built faster. Yeah, you can't get it by the fast track deadline, but you will get that refunded (to my knowledge) and its considerably faster than not paying for it. So really, you've got it faster than normal timescales but it's not cost any extra.

I guess thats a positive thing to think about

I contacted PCS at 9am (currently now 11:05am) and they are still investigating this issue, i have offered to even pick the PC up
