Pc went back for rma came back broken still

No I think he is saying he asked but it was never done, or they said it wasnt needed. He'll need to be firmer with them.

I’ll call up tomorrow hopefully they can do something

I called up the pc is going back on Tuesday to be looked at again and they are going to replace with either the Corsair h115 but if it doesn’t fit then the h100 hopefully it comes back fixed this time

I believe it can fit a roof mounted H100 or a front mounted H115. A H100 is more than enough for that chip

Just got the pc back they upgraded the cooler to h100i and they also added 16gb more ram to the pc for me I just had one question do they change the logo of Corsair on the pump head to the pc specialist logo

No, that will be corsiar.

Is it definitely an H100i?

Maybe they have had a custom cooler cap done, that’s pretty nice if so.

Make sure it’s an H100i though using iCue

I really like that cap actually, I would just like to make sure they gave you the H100i. Also it would be nice to have the Corsair caps as well just if your preferred it

It indeed is, if you go on configurator you can see the custom cap they made for the cooler. They also posted it on Instagram some time ago
