PCS Finance Payment?

So I ordered a new PC on Thursday and my finance was accepted on Thursday.

I've read that while in this process I need to post my finance agreement to PaybyFinance (from Hitachi Capital Plc). But where do I find my finance agreement?

Will they send it through the post for me to then send to the other company, if so why is it taking more then 4 days to send it?

Or will I have been e-mailed it and then I need to print it off and send it?

I didn't post anything, I just agreed online. How do you know it was accepted? I would try giving hitachi a call to get an update.

I'm an idiot -.-.

I closed the agreement page without signing it online...

Any idea how I can get it back as it's saying the Quote/Application has expired when I go back in my history.

There was me hoping I was gonna get it at a decent time.

But I've wasted 4 days because I'm an idiot.

I was approved and everything and I took a screenshot to prove it too.

Hopefully a call will sort it out.

Yeah should do, don't be too hard on yourself, I've done similar things many times. It only gets more irritating, but usually the companies will help you get it sorted (its often in their interest too :))

Rang them today, and it was sorted in 20 minutes as they sent me an e-mail with a new link.

Order is now processing :D

I actually think one of the best things about pcspecialists is there finance agreement. Its a little different now then it was
3.5 years ago when i bought my rig, but its even better now. Pay off monthly like normal which brings the payment down.
Wait 10 months then pay the rest off with only a £30 settlemen fee. Fantastic!
